It’s hard to know what’s going on in AI, even for those deep in the field. The uncertainty makes it difficult to act and tempting to wait. But action is exactly what’s needed right now.
The technologies, institutions, movements, start-ups, research fields and communities we choose to build over the next few years will determine how this transition goes, for better or worse.
This blog is my attempt to make sense of what’s happening and figure out what to do about it.
